My little brother, Kris, and his girlfriend, Jodi, stopped in Atlanta to spend a couple days with us on their way home from their Florida vacation. It was our first time meeting Miss Jodi (and we all really liked her!)...
My kids are always SO EXCITED to see their Uncle Kris. They LOVE spending time with him...probably because he seems genuinely interested in them as little people. He really plays with them...allowing them to jump all over him, show him an endless number of toys, and (repeatedly!) put him (a.k.a. Bart) in "jail" (which was Avery tying his wrist to her dresser via a scarf and forcing him to play the harmonica...all after "capturing" him with her hula hoop).
We had such a fun time with them!
We went swimming...
...and to a Braves game...

...but mostly we just hung out...catching up with Kris, getting to know Jodi, listening to music...oh, and waiting for Bart to escape from jail again (poor, poor Bart...). It was a great weekend...
